I've tried a few other companies, but none of them seemed to meet the demands of Magento. I love Magento, and I LOVE Simple Helix! I have seen ZERO down time and Simple Helix support has been nearly instant when I needed them. They are very knowledgeable about Magento and are willing to help anywhere they can. "Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with." They say at the end of all their responses. That reassures me because I know I'm probably going to need them again in 5 minutes. :)If I never need instant support, I simply call them up and they get me straightened out. If you're wondering which hosting company to go with, just stick with SimpleHelix. P.S. One more thing: I did a Magento update and it totally wiped out my customizations. I told Simple Helix. Turns out that their high-tech system takes hourly snapshots of the server so they were easily able to roll back the changes. Then they helped me update my store the right way! Go Simple Helix!
